British Man Says He Flew Over Europe with Shoe Bomb in 2001
Tue Mar 11, 2014
Forgive the bit off topic post here, but if the time above is correct, this story appeared just a few minutes after 3 p.m., and thus far, there have been all of 20 comments - give or take - about a story such as this in context with the missing Malaysia airliner, and he mentions shoe bombs and givin …
Small Plane Crashes in North Carolina, Injuring Two
Sat Mar 8, 2014
Had it not been for the other aircraft story, this would never have made national news. For the next couple of weeks, you can expect a story about an aircraft every time a pilot sneezes. Incidents occur everyday, and never make the national news, but whenever a major event ha …
Missing Malaysia Airlines Jet May Have Turned Back: Officials
Sat Mar 8, 2014
In reply to: Warren S. Levine #34.2 The fact still remains that while the vast majority of Muslims are not terrorists, the vast majority of terrorists are Muslims, and this incident originated out of an area of the world that is vastly Muslim. Sorry, that's not racist or bigoted.&n …

In reply to: Eric Hemelgarb #7 Exactly. The whole liberal argument about "climate change" is that they somehow have to convince you that raising taxes, and using American Government policy, is somehow going to act as a global thermostat to make the climate behave just the way they want i …

In reply to: Steve Watts #13.6 Comparing "gang colors" to the symbol of the United States of America, which represents, and symbolizes the freedom that countless thousands have given their lives for, seems, at least to me, to be a very poor analogy.
Eric Holder To State Attorneys General: You Don't Have to Enforce Laws "You Disagree With"
Wed Feb 26, 2014
In reply to: Philip Grant #3 That is totally a different issue, and is NOT what he said. He said they don't have to enforce laws they "disagree" with. I say, the hell they don't!! They do not get to make laws or decide which ones they think are constitutional and w …

In reply to: American Idle #1.6 Yep, apparently you're not able to post any comments on any NBC article. I'm not sure what was so wrong with the site to begin with that they (whomever "they" may actually be) decided that what wasn't broke in the first place needed to …

In reply to: AWOL-746438 #231 Fascism is already here, and it's being carried by a black man with a pen and a phone. (And before you left wingers start playing the race card, Cain was the candidate I supported before he dropped out last time, and Carson is the one I would most like to see …
Volkswagen official threatens to block expansion if workers won't unionize | Times Free Press
Wed Feb 19, 2014
In reply to: yakman48 #8 Well said. By all of the liberal pom pom shaking going on here, one would think the CEO of VW made a proclamation that the plant must be unionized. Of course, anyone who reads the article with any objectivity will come to the same conclusion you …

Are Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang too mean for today's kids? Good grief!
Hyper-sensitive, thin-skinned, politically correct stupidity, rears it's ugly head once again. Get a life. Or as Charlie Brown would say "Good GRIEF!!"

Are 'opt-out' parents and unvaxxed kids a health threat?
Yes, according to schedule.
I'll bet many of the same people who do not vaccinate their kids will be the first to tell you that man is totally responsible for global warming, the science is rock solid, and they support Obamacare. Funny how science and compliance mandates suddenly shouldn't apply when it comes to their kids.
Robyn: I'm glad to hear you don't support Obamacare, nor believe that science is infallible. As I said, if you choose not to vaccinate your kids, that's a decision I support.
Jet: I posted at #307 that my wife is a pediatrician.
